Sawmill Sesame Steak Sauce Recipe?
Q. I was at the Sawmill Steak and Rib House restaurant in Edmonton Alberta and had this sauce called 'Sawmill Sesame Steak Sauce'. Would someone have a recipe that is close to that one. Thank you Rita

A. Ingredients * butter * flour * milk * cream * 1 beef stock cube * mustard * whiskey * garlic * worcestshire sauce * black pepper Directions 1. Make a roux with the butter and flour. 2. Slowly stir in a little milk, and then some cream till desired sauce consistency. 3. Grate in some garlic and add the beef stock cube. Let it simmer until stock cube dissolves. 4. Stir in lots of mustard and black pepper. 5. About 5 mins before serving add a splash of whiskey and worcestshire sauce. 6. Pour over rare steak and new potatoes. 7. yummy!
